The Legion is here. Azeroth is burning. The Broken Shore was invaded and the Alliance and Horde left scattered.
Warcraft is amazing right now.
The Legion pre-patch hit a couple weeks ago, but on August 9th Blizzard released Demon Hunters for those who had pre-ordered Legion and alongside them, demon invasions, the pre-expansion event were also released. These are so. Much. Fun!
In scenario-style instanced versions of zones like Westfall, Azshara, Dun Morogh, Hillsbrad Foothills & Tanaris, great demonic ships have appeared heralding the Burning Legion’s arrival to Azeroth. Fel fire rains down upon the land and the skies are darkened – but don’t fear! Everyone is banding together to defeat this new threat and show the Legion that Azeroth is worth fighting for. It’s no longer for the Horde, or for the Alliance, it’s for Azeroth! The feeling of flying into battle with a large number of players is, simply put, epic. I’ve put together a video of my experience with one of the invasions and talk a little about how to get through them and what I think. You can check it out below!
